Established in 2024, Complete Resource Solutions (CRS) was formed to provide expertise and assistance to those in need by sharing knowledge, experiences and strategies that Founder and President Jamie Martelle has accumulated over three decades in the aggregate industry.

As a young, energetic and inquisitive boy, Jamie was introduced to aggregates through his family business Stebbins Paving & Construction Ltd. Growing up in a single-parent family, Jamie spent time at the gravel pits throughout the summer months where he gained exposure to physical labour, logistics, administration, and equipment operation. Loading his first truck at the age of 11, Jamie quickly grasped the intricate skills to effectively operate rubber tire wheel loaders and became one of the industries premier operators.

Although equipment operation was an enjoyable career option, Jamie knew there were greater opportunities available. Utilizing experiences and knowledge in aggregates, combined with planning and business education, Jamie smoothly transitioned to Supervisor, Manager and Executive positions with multiple successful aggregate operating companies. 

Leaving the operator seat in 2005 provided the opportunity for Jamie to develop his professional career, nurture two incredible children and create wonderful memories with his remarkable wife. Without the trust of previous employers and support of his entire family, CRS would not exist today.
